The challenge

Water measured late is lost twice

Once in the network, once in the bill.

One month, one reading0 days unseen
Day 1 · likely leak begins Day 30 · the only reading
01

Manual reading

One reading a month, typing errors, meters nobody can reach.

02

Hidden leaks

Found weeks later, when the damage is done.

03

Non-revenue water

Without comparing what enters with what is billed, nobody knows where it goes.

What is Hydrix

From the meter to the decision, daily

An open LoRaWAN chain. Every link can be swapped.

01

Meter

SPD ultrasonic with built-in LoRaWAN, or ML-107G module on mechanical meters

Another brand's compatible LoRaWAN meter, once its decoder is added

02

Gateway

Long-range coverage, sized by a coverage study · each reading is heard by 2–3 gateways

Another brand's LoRaWAN gateway, same coverage study

03

Network server

Receives, authenticates and de-duplicates every reading · US915

More meters, a lower rate for all

All meters pay the rate of the band your total falls in.

    Monthly$14,400.00
    Annual$172,800.00
    Rate per meter$0.80/ month

    2. 1,001 – 3,000$1.80
    3. 3,001 – 10,000$1.10
    4. Over 10,000$0.80

    Every meter, the same rate

Includes: Hydrix, hosting, backups, updates and support.

Prices in USD per meter per month, excluding VAT. Minimum billing 500 meters. Annual contract, adjusted yearly for inflation.
Floor: you never pay less than the top of the previous band ($2,500 / $5,400 / $11,000), so adding meters never lowers the bill.
